Responsibilities
The Marketing Automation Executive is responsible for the day-to-day analysis and testing of the marketing automation journeys. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of one-time communication and marketing automations.
Job Duties
- Overview the communication process workflow including development of the communication calendar, all campaigns, template design, copywriting, CTAs, cluster segmentation
- Building communication campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative team and IT team to identify appropriate email message, SMS message, templates, and automation triggers
- Troubleshoots UX and technical issues related to templates, list segmentation and other aspects of marketing automations
- Maximize opening rate, click rate, existing customer retention, and new customer conversions driven by email and SMS
- Launch campaigns to grow the referral program
- Run A/B or multivariate tests on Subjects, CTAs, content, segmentation, and automation triggers
- Segment lists based on behaviours like past engagement
Qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in business and marketing analysis. Background in financial services is an advantage
- Excellent analytic skills
- Good knowledge of basic statistics
- Ability to compile and analyse data
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Thai
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Proactive and able to take decisions
- English speaking skills are a strong advantage
- Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
