Broker Business Lead


Create and develop long-term, performance-driven business partnerships with Corporate Brokers. The primary role is to prospect, present, propose and onboard Roojai’s proven distribution model to Corporate Brokers across Thailand. You will be required to build close business relationships from top to bottom level executives with the objective of increasing distribution volume from these B2B key accounts. You will also be involved in internal meetings to relay feedback that will create value to the Corporate Brokers’ partner experience.

Job Duties

  • Develop a clear understanding of Roojai’s positioning and value proposition to successfully convey them to prospect corporate broker partners through powerful presentations
  • Usher onboard new corporate broker partners
  • Report and work closely with Head of Distribution & Distribution Service Manager to provide insightful feedback from partners with the objective of increasing sales and maintaining a healthy portfolio through the advocacy of insurance business compliance standards
  • Foster close relationships with all corporate broker partners
  • Anticipate partners’ needs, handle complaints and potential problems. Seeks out ways to increase partner satisfaction
  • To support & implement any ad-hoc business projects as instructed by Line Manager
  • Attend regular Training to ensure understanding on products and processes


  • Good organizational skills
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience general insurance
  • Thai Nationality with good command of spoken and written English
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creativity and strategy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, cross-functional team, Customer Focus, Team Player, Creativity, Time Management
  • Proven work experience as B2B Relations, Key Accounts or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Insurtech/eCommerce/IT knowledge would be an advantage
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to business needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and service minded
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and must be willing to face challenges with positivity
