Marketing Automation Executive


The Marketing Automation Executive is responsible for the day-to-day analysis and testing of the marketing automation journeys. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of one-time communication and marketing automations.

Job Duties

  • Overview the communication process workflow including development of the communication calendar, all campaigns, template design, copywriting, CTAs, cluster segmentation
  • Building communication campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team and IT team to identify appropriate email message, SMS message, templates, and automation triggers
  • Troubleshoots UX and technical issues related to templates, list segmentation and other aspects of marketing automations
  • Maximize opening rate, click rate, existing customer retention, and new customer conversions driven by email and SMS
  • Launch campaigns to grow the referral program
  • Run A/B or multivariate tests on Subjects, CTAs, content, segmentation, and automation triggers
  • Segment lists based on behaviours like past engagement


  • At least 2 years of experience in business and marketing analysis. Background in financial services is an advantage
  • Excellent analytic skills
  • Good knowledge of basic statistics
  • Ability to compile and analyse data
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in Thai
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Proactive and able to take decisions
  • English speaking skills are a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
