Terms and conditions

1. New and renewal customers will automatically get one chance for the lucky draw.
2. Redeeming Roojai Rewards will give you the chances to win a prize. The more you redeem, the more chances you get.
   • 10 Roojai Rewards = 1 chance
   • 40 Roojai Rewards = 5 chances
   • 100 Roojai Rewards = 15 Chances
   • 200 Roojai Rewards = 35 chances
   • 500 Roojai Rewards = 80 chances
   • 1,000 Roojai Rewards = 200 chances
   • 2,000 Roojai Rewards = 500 chances
3. Roojai Rewards will expire 15 months from the credited date
4. Redeemed chances will be valid only for the month of redemption for the monthly lucky draw. They will still be valid for the final prize.
   • Final prize: a Mazda 3
   • Monthly prizes:
     • 1st prize, Samsung Galaxy S10 , 1 prize per month
     • 2nd prize: Huawei Mate , 1 prize per month
     • 3rd prize, Tesco Lotus gift card worth ฿10,000, 1 prize per month


5. Winners selection and additional prizes will be at the company’s discretion
6. This promotion is available until 31st December 2019.
7. All the images are only for advertising purposes and do not reflect the final products. The company reserves the right to change the color or create new patterns of the prizes.
8. The winner will be responsible for paying the withholding tax of 5% according to the value of the prize.
9. The staff members of Roojai Co.,Ltd. or related companies, are not eligible for the lucky draw.
10. The winners must provide proof of identity and a copy of a current and valid car insurance policy with the company in order to receives any prize.
11. If the winner wants the company to ship the awarded prize to their address, the company will not be held responsible if the goods are damaged or lost.
12. The company will randomly select the winners among those who redeemed and announce them on facebook.com/roojai by the 15th of the month or the first next working day, if it is a weekend day.
13. The lucky draw will be held at Roojai Co.,Ltd. 4/222 Harbor Mall Building, 11th Floor, Unit 11A01, Moo 10, Sukhumvit Road, Tung Suk, Sriracha, Chonburi 20230.
14. The winners must agree and cooperate if the company want to use their photo for promotional purposes.
15. This promotion is valid only for those who purchase car insurance or motorcycle insurance with Roojai.com.
16. This promotion cannot be used together with other promotions.
17. These privileges are only for general customers only, not brokers, sales agents, any person sub-selling our products without our consent, or any person acting as such.
18. We reserve the right to ask for the return of points or gift cards, or the equivalent sum from customers who cancel their policies.
19. Roojai.com reserves the right to cancel any request which does not comply with the determined terms and conditions, as well as the right to amend or revise any terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of a dispute, the company’s decision is deemed final.
