Very poor repair of my vehicle: no protection to protect the interior of the passenger compartment (I spent more than an hour cleaning it), rear bumper installed crooked, poor adjustment of the left rear wing panel, they detached the silicone seal from the right side skirt. In short, shoddy work!
The garage lied about fixing my car and I had to go to a different garage to fix many problems that were caused by the accident. There was also very little communication from RooJai about my car’s situation. Communication was very unclear. I was really disappointed given that I was paying for the highest (type 1) insurance
มีการนัดรับรถ แต่รถยังไม่เสร็จ ไปรับเสียเวลา และวันไปรับจริงก็ยังเก็บงานไม่หมด บอกเอารถไปใช้ก่อน แล้วค่อยเอามาแก้ แต่อู่ยังรับผิดชอบ มารับรถถึงบ้านแล้วเอาไปซ่อมที่อู่เอง แต่ลูกค้าก็เสียค่าน้ำมันรถเอง แต่อู่ซ่อมรถเร็วดี
อู่ซ่อมควรคำนวณเรื่องเวลาเบื้องต้นให้เจ้าของรถทราบ
