Nissan Surat Piya (Koh Samui)

The support provided was below my expectations. We waited almost three hours on the island, where normally you can complete everything within about 30 minutes. The surveyor appeared to overestimate the compensation amount taken from the party at fault, even though the actual repair costs were clearly lower. The follow-up support was also not very clear. I had to make several phone calls to understand where and how I could repair my car. The official dealer declined to complete the repair because they do not have painting facilities and could only replace the taillight. As a result, I had to find a garage myself, since the one initially suggested did not seem suitable. In the end, everything was resolved, and I appreciate the garage’s work — it was acceptable for Thailand standards. However, I would have preferred a more professional service experience at an official dealership. Overall, the issue was eventually solved, but it cost me significant time and stress.
