I have always been impressed with Roojai’s extremely competitive car insurance premiums, but wondered how they would handle claims. Well I had to use their claim service recently and was amazed at how professional the whole process was. Within 4 hours of the accident I had a text authorising the claim & notifying me to go to one of their repairers. The subsequent repair was excellent also. I really couldn’t fault anything about Roojai’s claim experience. Thanks Guys.
