Tah lang motorcy

I am very happy with the level of service provided by Roojai and the repair garage (Yamaha). However, I am very, very unhappy with the service provided by the agent in Phuket (Thalang Motorbike)?. I am still waiting for parts after 3 months and other repairs have not been done, or have been have been done incorrectly by the agent. A part which should have been replaced was removed and repainted (using cheap paint) by the agent - the wrong colour. Surely this is not standard Roojai policy? The agent asked me to pick up the vehicle and pay the deductable (3000 baht) before many of the repairs have been made. He has also been difficult to contact and has rarely contacted me. He brought photos of the motorbike to the repair garage (one month ago) and as a result they were unable to see the full extent of the damage, and only then ordered some parts after two months of waiting. They have also had very little contact with him. I am wondering now how long it is going to take for the motorbike to be fully repaired? I contacted a different motorcycle garage in Phuket and enquired about the parts. They informed me that they could order and recieve the parts in 2-5 days and have the motorcyle repaired in a week. So why has this taken 3 months already?
