Nobody has bothered to contact me in 3 months. My car was held much longer than told. I was consistently lied to annoy completion date, the classrooms handler was rude and obnoxious. The company know absolutely nothing about car valuations. I will never recommend or use this company again. I will never take a car to the garage either. They couldn't be bothered to communicate with me and only after I chased them for an answer was I told the car was finished but now I can't get back to deal with it as I'm back at work. I'm very disappointed with all parties involved. The only person that was any help was the scene investigator. He was great and really helped me.
