Job Duties

  • Managing the payroll process with the accurate information and make sure employee get pay on time.
  • Perform compensation & benefits routine administrative tasks transaction correctly, accuracy and timely e.g health insurance, life insurance, social security fund, provident fund, true wallet etc. and reimbursement according to company’s regulation
  • Preparing bonus file
  • Prepare a letter of employment as per requested
  • Planning for the annual medical check up and implement health and wellness activities to support and improve the company sick leave percentage
  • Preparing the rewards for employee to align on company structure
  • Preparing & organizing document for Employee Evaluation
  • Performing visa and work permit and 90 days report monitoring
  • Drive and assist on Learning/Training activity to make sure the training is along to the plan
  • Managing, maintain and updating the study funding
  • Adjusting on employee all leaves type in the system correctly as per the change of employee or any special events related e.g. 5 years service, marriage, funeral, paternity, maternity…
  • Maintain record and preparing the reports
    • Training record and make sure the cost is not over budget and all departments are follow the training plan
    • Attendant report and leave report
    • Payroll report
  • Managing HR platform and be the middle person between user and the service provider
  • Keep confidential issue related to personal information for all concerned party people
  • Be the first point of contact for compensation and benefit topics
  • Others assigns on the HR related


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relate filed
  • Experience at least 3 years in HR role especially compensation and benefit
  • Good command in communication in English
  • Good coordinator with communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and service minded
  • Good computer skills for Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Good administrative and organize
  • Active & can work under pressure and tight timeline
