Responsibilities
- Achieve target portfolio’s loss ratio and conversion
 - Ensure compliance with internal and external underwriting authorities
 - Support sales and claims departments in delivering an outstanding customer experience
 
Job Duties
- Create and maintain document detailing underwriting process
 - Propose evolution of underwriting process (e.g. for repeated underwriting requests)
 - Timely and accurate responses to underwriting requests
 - Quality assessment of sales calls to ensure sales team complies with underwriting standards
 - Analyze results and propose evolution of quality assessment of sales team and report these to underwriting management
 - Operate and suggest improvement on underwriting process.
 - Build an effective working relationship with sales and claims departments
 - Conduct regular reviews of competitor product structure, offerings, and features
 - Support new product development as required
 - Perform new product training to sale teams
 - Perform the testing and deployment process before product launch
 - Develop understanding of the insurance of the person (Protection) market
 - Support manager by assisting with other duties when requested
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a numerate or semi-numerate subject
 - Communicates confidently in English and Thai in a business environment
 - Strong IT skills, including MS Excel
 - Wants to learn new skills and will take on tasks that are outside of the job description
 - At least 2 years’ relevant work experience
 - Works logically through processes
 - Prior experience in the insurance of the person (Protection) is an advantage
 - Experience of supporting and training others
