ในแอปรู้ใจ ควรจะมีหัวข้อติดตามการซ่อม และการแจ้งสถานะของการซ่อมเป็นขั้นๆ เพื่อสะดวกต่อลูกค้าในการที่ต้องการทราบความคืบหน้าของการซ่อมว่าอยู่ในขั้นนอนไหนแล้ว เหมือนกับ การติดตามการส่งพัสดุของบริษัทรับส่งพัสดุต่างๆ อาทิ LaZaDa kerry เป็นต้น
The claims survey process took a long time as surveyor had to travel to the police station to survey damage. Also the follow up claim required surveyor to show up to negotiate with the other victims vehicle claim and again took several hours for all partition to negotiate and agree. I feel this negotiation process can be done without me being present.
