บริการดี รวดเร็ว แต่ขอตอนส่งรถถ้าเช็คคราบสีหรือกาวออกหมดแชะด้านในดูดเช็ดดีๆ จะดีมากเลยค่ะ

รถไปซ่อมอู่พอนำกลับมาใช้รถมีความรู้สึกว่ารถมีอาการกินน้ำมันมากขึ้นกว่าปกติ

ทางอู่ฯทราบว่า ทำสีที่ประตูผิดพลาด แต่ไม่แจ้งลูกค้า สีเดิมของรถที่ประตูหน้าขวา ต่างจากสีทำใหม่ประตูหลังขวา แต่ยังปล่อยรถออกให้ลูกค้า

So fare everything ok.

A poor repair on a new car. Further the repair was delayed on two occasions. I certainly wont renew my policy.

อู่ซ่อมทำงานไม่ประสานกัน ตรวจรถก็ไม่เคยเสร็จ ให้ขับไปให้เช็คนั่นเช็คนี่หลายครั้ง เสียเวลาทำงานไปหลายวัน พนักไม่ประสานกับช่าง ส่วนเรื่องรออะไหล่ใช้เวลารอเกือบ2เดือน พอซ่อมใช้เวลาถึง10วันกว่าจะได้มีรถกลับ ซึ่งทางเราเป็นคนโทรถามเอง จะไม่กลับไปซ่อมที่นั่นอีก

I was given 3 different dates to collect the car on completion of the work, but each time i was told car not finished yet, they eventually phoned to tell me its completed, but it was not, i waited in the shop whilst they fitted the wheel on, then , after paying, the car was not cleaned, leaving very dirty car outside, and dirty footprints inside, very poor service.

I was told the truck would be ready. It wasn't. In fact I had to go back the following day to pick up. The staff were very helpful and friendly but need to pay more attention on the job and communicate better with customers.

Thank you for the great service again. The garage is good but has a long queue for waiting.. My suggestion is to try to find more repair shops. Thank you

อู่ที่ยำรถเข้าซ่อมถือว่าอยุในเกณฑ์ที่ต้องปรับปรุง ตั้งแต่การบริการ และ การผลของการซ่อม 1. ด้านการบริการ: พนักงานพูดจาสุภาพ แต่ไม่มีการติดตามเอกสาร ปล่อยปะละเลยจนเวลาล่วงเลยเป็นเดือนๆ พอตามงานก้ออ้างอะไหล่ยังมาไม่ถึงเตื่องจากติดวาเหตุนุ่นนี่นั่น น้อยแปดพันเก้า ถ้าจะไม่ผิดคันนี้ 3 เดือนกว่า กว่าจะซ่อมเสร็จ 2. ผลงานการซ่อม: อู่โทรนัดลูกค้ารับรถ พอถึงวันจริงเราโทรคอนเฟิร์มบอกขอพรุ่งนี้ พอเราไปรับรถหลายจุดที่ยังไม่ได้ซ่อม จถดที่ซ่อมงานก้อออกมาไม่เรียบร้อย เราเลยแจ้งอู่ว่าถ้าแบบนี้เราคงรับรถไม่ได้ ทางอู่เลยรับปากซ่อมให้เรียบร้อย พอมาวันรับรถผลงานออกมาไม่โอเค สรุป…เราเหนื่อยกับอู่นี้เลยเอารับรถออกมา ไม่ไหวจะจอดฝห้เค้าแก้งาน เพราะรู้ว่าให้แก้ไป งานก็ออกมาไม่ดีเหมือนเดิม

บริการได้ดี ทั้งบริษัทประกัน และ อู่ซ่อม รอบหน้าจะต่อประกันที่นี้แหละครับ

No communication between the repair center and the claim handler. This caused weeks of delay that were absolutely unnecessary. The repair center did an outstanding job but was the victim of the unprofessional behavior of the claim handler. Not a good experience at all.

Service center very poor.

Very excellent communication. Special thanks to khun Sakda Khanthahad who sent many helpful texts. The shop worked quickly and did a great job.
