พื้นที่แคบ เอารถไปจอดยากมากๆ ลำบากจริงๆ

ควรมีอู่มากกว่านี้ อู่หายาก ทีจอดไม่มี เช่นหาอู่ดีๆ ให้หน่อย เคยใช้ประกันอื่น มีอู่เยอะเ เช่นเทอดไทเช่นอู่เอี่ยมศรี เดินสะดวก เข้าไปจอดในอู่เลย หบังซ่อมมีล้างรถให้สะอาดด้วย รู้ใจอู่น้อยสุดๆ

ชอบที่ใกล้บ้าน งานที่ทำออกมาใข้ได้เลย แต่ส่งมอบรถ ควรดูวามเรัยบร้อย ที่เจอคือ ไม่ทำความสะอาดประตูที่ซ่อมให้เรียบร้อย ดิฉันเห็นเอง จึงบอกทางร้านช่วยทำวามสะอาด.. แต่ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องให้ เจ้าของอู่น่ารัก
ในการไปรับรถหลังจากซ่อมก็มีบางจุดที่ไม่เรียบร้อยก็ต้องให้แก้ไขใหม่ ซึ่งถ้าช่างอู่เพิ่มความรอบครอบขึ้นอีกนิด ก็จะไม่ต้องมาแก้งานใหม่ ซึ่งมันเสียเวลาทั้งลูกค้าและอู่เอง แตหลังจากแก้งานแล้วก็ดีขึ้น

Very bad experience I paid 8500 thb for repair its better I use other policy that not have this much expense even normal repair if I do by myself it's cost me 4000 thb but I paid due to this policy I will not renew it next year roojai service is not good expensive
At garage charge me 8500 thb it's better I change next year your policy its doest make sense for insurance you charge for small claim 3000thb +1000 thb and another 3000thb both claim if I do direct from any garage can fixed in 4000 thb but I use ur policy. I found not good service you just have good app and good communication you didn't provide any such a thing which should be in policy.
