I am happy with the work they did on my car but it would be nice if you had more workshops to choose from. When I contacted the workshop that I really wanted to use that is closer to my house they told me that they don`t work with Roojai because you don`t pay them. Might be some misunderstanding but I think that there can be better communication between Roojai and workshops. Now I had to go 25km with my car to workshop instead of 3km. But other than that I am satisfied.

it took them a lot of time to be ready to process the car, it took them a lot of time to actually process the car and camera records indicate they used it to drive around without our permission and when we came to pick it up they had used the wrong paint colour and we had to insist they repaint it, which took again several days
Everyone involved were very helpful and professional. The repairs to my vehicle took less time that I was expecting, and the quality of the repairs was excellent.
