ควรแจ้งข้อมูลที่แท้จริงกับลูกค้าตรงๆ คือลูกค้าถือใบเคลมไปที่อู่แล้วอู่แจ้งว่าจะรับใบเคลมพร้อมเอกสารการเคลมไว้ก่อนรอทางอู่ส่งเรื่่องเคลมให้ประกันอนุมัติแล้วจะแจ้งลูกค้าให้นำรถเข้ามาจอด รอ 4 วันทางอู่ก็ยังไม่โทรมาแจ้งให้นำรถไปซ่อม จึงโทรไปถามว่าประกันยัวไม่อนุมัติเหรอไม่เห็นมีใครโทรมาแจ้งเลย ทางอู่จึงบอกให้นำรถเข้าไปจอดซ่อมได้เลย 3 วันไปรับรถกลับมาบ้านเพิ่งได้รับข้อความจากประกันว่าทางอู่ส่งเรื่องเคลมประกันอนุมัติแล้ว แล้วที่อู่บอกให้เรารอมา 4 วันคืออะไร?

The claims department are useless and unhelpful. Although accident was not my fault... Fault of 3rd party. Police report filed. But I was charged the 1000b excess, then an additional 1000b total 2000b.this should be claimed from 3rd party not me. I was told that I can only claim 50% of tire damage from accident on a virtually new tire. Nowhere does it state this in the policy. Despite repeated requests to your customer service for clarification on this, they were not able to show me where it says this on my policy. You may wish to review the email correspondence sent during my claim. For accident in January 1st it took almost 4 months to arrange and approve my claim. Unacceptable. Please raise this as a complaint or I will complain to ombudsman.
