I’m not satisfied, because when firstly I asked if was possible to let my car there for not more than 3 days., even if they have already received the spare parts from Roojai, they said “Sir it is impossible, we need you let your car here one week, then after 2 days, they called me the car was ready. In one side better, in another side can you imagine if I would have spent money to rent a car for one week….. Furthermore, they forgot to connect a cable for the light, I have noticed 2 days later, and I had to go back and ask them to fix it. In future, considering that my insurance policy has the option “any garage’ for sure I will use another garage
The whole process took 5 months and way too long it is not normal if I need car and don’t have one for such a long time.

Please add text chat to an app or LINE chat to send a claim. In stressful situations, it will be better to describe a situation or send an accident location via text. Hotline operators can't be fluent in English and it's not so easy to understand what I should do or what the operator wants from me.

the accident report form should be printed in 2 languages, not only in Thai but also in English. I had accident, Roojai surveyor came, write the report in a only Thai language form, then asked me to sign. I cannot read Thai so I had to firstly send the picture of the report to my wife and ask her to check...
