กรณีซ่อมห้าง เจ้าที่รับซ่อมทุกค่าย ขั้นตอนตั้งแต่ส่งเรื่องพิจารณาอะไหล่ การส่ง part ใช้เวลา 1 เดือน ลูกค้าโทรตามเองจึงทราบว่าอยู่ขั้นตอนไหนบ้าง ประกันชั้น 1 ที่ซื้อ เราก็คาดหวังบริการที่เป็นชั้น 1 เช่นกัน
