ทำประกันชั้น 1 ซ่อมศูนย์ แต่ขอเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ที่เป็นรอยขีดข่วนไม่ได้ ลูกค้าจะจ่ายประกันรถแพงขนาดนั้นไปทำไม ศูนย์รถก็ดูไม่ค่อยอยากให้เปลี่ยนชิ้นอะไหล่ใหม่ ติดต่อฝ่ายสินไหมของบริษัทประกัน ก็ไม่ติดต่อกลับมา คิดว่าปีต่อไปจะต่อประกันภัยกับรู้ใจอีกหรือเปล่า
