Quite a long wait for repair as workshop very busy. However, damage was minor so no inconvenience. Also a busy workshop is a sign they do good work.G

My complaint is not against Roojai. They were quite prompt in responding to my needs. They did make one big mistake. When it was time to make a decision on how to proceed. I called to ask my options. A supervisor was supposed to call me back. They never did. As for the place you sent me. I have never seen such a rank amateur operaton. In the western world they would be out of business in a year. It was a series of lies and deciept. There is no integrity in this operation what so ever. It is now almost 3 months and the car is still not repaired. This " body shop " released the car to me and it still had body damage on it. If I would have been given the proper information in the beginning this car would have never been repaired. The car should not have been repaired. Roojai should not have paid out this claim until the car was complete.

They should learn how to paint properly and not leave a bad finish.

Tried to get me to pay 50% for replacement parts, even though class 1 cover. Garage complained about poor/slow responses causing repair to take a week longer than planned entirely due to Roojai failings.

การอนุมัติช้ามากรอนานถามไปยังศูนย์ก็บ่ายเบีายงว่าคนอนุมัติให้ตอนนี้ลาและยังมาตุกติกกับอะไหล่บอกทีแรกเปลี่ยนเอาจริง ไม่เปลี่ยนให้ซะงั้น ของผมใช้เชื่อมซ่อมเอาทั้ง 2 ชิ้นทีนี้เมื่อประกอบมันก็บิดเบี้ยวไม่ได้รูป ถามว่าจำเป็นต้องใช้รถถ้าไม่รับจะมีรถใช้ได้อย่างไร เซ็งเลย

พนักงานอนุมัติเคลมนั้นช้ามากครับ รถผมยังวิ่งได้แต่รอเคลมนานมาก ต้องโทรไปถาม 2-3 รอบ บอกให้รอเพราะคนอนุมัติลา ทั้งที่การทำงานน่าจะฝากกันได้ไม่ใช่มีคนเดียว และเมื่ออู่เรียกให้เข้าซ่อมแล้ว เห็นเขียนว่ากันชนเปลี่ยน โคมไฟหน้าเปลี่ยน พลาสติกซุ้มล้อเปลี่ยน ครอบไฟตัดหมอกกับไฟตัดหมอกเปลี่ยน พอมาดูตอนทำงานที่อู่เห็นกันชน โคมไฟ ตกลงไม่ได้เปลี่ยนซ่อมเอา(เชื่อม)ที่เหลือของชิ้นเล็กๆเปลี่ยนให้ ผมก็ไม่อยากจะทักท้วงอะไรมาก แต่ไม่รู้ว่าการส่งเคลมจริงๆนั้นแจ้งเปลี่ยนหมดทุกชิ้นหรือไม่ แล้วอย่างนี้จะให้ผมช่วยเป็นปากเป็นเสียงเชียรให้มาใช้ประกันรู้ใจในกลุ่มผู้ใช้รถยนต์หลายๆกลุ่มที่ผมเป็นสมาชิกได้อย่างไร มีตั้งหลายคนแล้วที่เขาทำของรู้ใจแล้วก็ไม่ได้แจ้งหรอกว่าผมแนะนำเพราะผมก็ไม่อยากไปบอกเขาไว้ก่อนว่าถ้าทำแล้วแจ้งชื่อผมแนะนำด้วยนะ จะเป็นเหมือนตัวแทนประกันซะอีก มีอะไรโทรถามเพิ่มได้ครับ 0882780134

อยากให้มีรถสำรองใช้ระหว่างรอซ่อม

My car eventually took total 8 days for the repair job, if possible please help working with the garage to shorten the repair time to 4-5 days. It is quite inconvenient in case the car repair time is too long,

I had to go to the repair shop 5-6 times to repair something simple with the front bumper and wheel interior. They demanded I leave the car for many days which I refused. They didn't notice the interior wheel plastic part and didn't order it. Then they did but still not the correct part. I wan to discuss changing my insurance policy with you.
