Terms and conditions

1. Participants may join the campaign by using one (1) lucky draw ticket received from purchasing or renewing an insurance policy in 2026 with a premium of THB 3,000 or more, or redeeming Roojai Rewards points for lucky draw tickets via the Roojai Mobile App, as follows:
   • 10 Roojai Rewards Points = 1 Lucky Draw Ticket
   • 40 Roojai Rewards Points = 5 Lucky Draw Tickets
   • 100 Roojai Rewards Points = 15 Lucky Draw Tickets
   • 200 Roojai Rewards Points = 35 Lucky Draw Tickets
   • 500 Roojai Rewards Points = 90 Lucky Draw Tickets
2. Participants must use their successfully redeemed Lucky Draw Tickets to enter each prize draw through the Roojai Mobile App. Only participants who have successfully entered a specific prize draw will be eligible for that draw.
3. Roojai Rewards points that have been redeemed for Lucky Draw Tickets cannot be converted back into Roojai Rewards points or exchanged for cash, regardless of the draw results.
4. There will be a total of five (5) prize draw rounds as follows:
   • Round 1 Participants may enter the campaign from August 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM until August 31, 2026.
     Draw date: September 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
   • Round 2 Participants may enter the campaign from September 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM until September 30, 2026
     Draw date: October 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
   • Round 3 Participants may enter the campaign from October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM until October 31, 2026.
     Draw date: November 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
   • Round 4 Participants may enter the campaign from November 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM until November 30, 2026.
     Draw date: December 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
   • Round 5 Participants may enter the campaign from August 1 , 2026, at 10:00 AM until December 31, 2026.
     Draw date: January 6, 2027, at 10:00 AM.

     All prizes will be divided into two (2) categories: Monthly Prizes and the Grand Prize. Monthly Prizes refer to the prize draws conducted in Rounds 1–4, while the Grand Prize refers to the prize draw conducted in Round 5. Each winner may receive a maximum of one (1) prize per prize category (Monthly Prize or Grand Prize).

5. Participants must be Roojai customers whose insurance policies remain active and in force throughout the campaign period and on the prize announcement date of the relevant prize draw.
6. Participants consent to the Company collecting, storing, and using their personal data for the purposes of participating in this campaign and announcing the prize draw results.
7. The Company will compile all eligible entries from policies that remain active (Active Policy) on each prize announcement date. The outcome of the draw is random and cannot be influenced or determined by any party.
8. Winners must be policyholders whose policies remain active (Active Policy) throughout the entire draw period and on the respective prize announcement date.
9. The Company will announce the list of winners on its Facebook page: Roojai, and Line Official Account: @roojai within 5 days following each prize draw.
10. After the prize announcement, the Company will contact the winners using the mobile phone numbers registered in the system to schedule the date, time, and location for prize collection. If a winner fails to contact the Company, or the Company is unable to contact the winner within 7 days, the prize will be considered forfeited. The Company will then randomly select an alternate winner from the next eligible entry.
11. Winners must present the following documents, along with one copy, as proof when claiming their prize in person at the scheduled date, time, and location:
    • National ID card / passport
    • Show the insurance policy purchased with Roojai that remains active and in force during the campaign period and on the prize announcement date.
12. Winners consent to the Company collecting, storing, and using their personal data for the purposes of announcing the prize draw results and conducting publicity, promotional, and advertising activities related to this campaign.
13. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, and no partial cash payments will be provided under any circumstances.
14. Winners receiving prizes valued at THB 1,000 or more are subject to a 5% withholding tax, in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Order No. TorPor 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985, and Order No. TorPor 104/2544 dated September 15, 2001.
15. Employees of the Roojai group, members of the organizing committee, insurance brokers, agents, or any individuals involved in organizing this campaign, including their spouses, are not eligible to participate in this program.
16. The decision of the committee is final and binding.
