In addition, I would like to commend the claims assessor Mr กฤษณะ , who inspected my vehicle on the day of the accident. He was courteous, professional, and thorough, demonstrating excellent attention to detail. His problem-solving abilities and calm, professional approach helped make a stressful situation significantly easier to manage, and his conduct reflects very positively on the company.
