กรณีอุบัติเหตุแบบมีคู่กรณี ไม่ควรส่งพนักงานมือใหม่มา ข้อมูลอะไรก็ไม่แน่น เจรจาก็ไม่ได้ ไม่มีศิลปะในการเจรจา ไม่มีความมั่นใจใดๆ มาแบบเดาๆ ต้องคอยโทรถามคนอื่นตลอด โทรแล้วก็ตีความไม่ได้ ไม่ทราบข้อมูลอยู่ดี ทำให้เจ้าของรถต้องเป็นคนเจรจาเอง จนรู้สึกว่าซื้อประกันไปทำไม ควรส่งพนักงานที่ชำนาญในการเจรจาและรู้ข้อมูลอย่างดีมาตั้งแต่แรก เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดการเสียความรู้สึกและลดความน่าเชื่อถือในบริษัทรู้ใจ
