Very good insurance company

The repair centre was ok but starting to find faults. I will look over the car at the weekend as needs to be checked before driving any distance.

After 46 yrs accident free driving, with never an Insurance Claim, and now after hitting a dog my worries were eased with the whole process seamless and a credit to all Roojai Staff members I had contact with. Management should be proud! I thank Roojai and hope it is another 46yrs between claims. Regards Mark

The first garage I was ordinarily, Garage 31, was really bad. You should not recommend that for anyone. It can destroy your reputation.

When I arrived for the first appointment at the garage, there was no-one there who could help me, the boss had not shown up. Then the second appointment was made to fix a time for repair, it didn't seem necessary to me to go all the way there to fix a date. Otherwise workmanship and service was very good.
