ควรขยายอู่ที่รับซ่อมเบนซ์ให้มากขึ้นครับ

I had ZERO communication from the claims team. I requested somebody who speaks English to call me and after 2 WEEKS I had still not heard anything. I was never informed of my claim status by Roojai, only the workshop who told me that I was only receiving 50% of the repair costs via claim. Only after multiple calls and unnecessary stress was I finally informed that all would be covered, again by the workshop - nobody from Roojai called me. I will not be renewing my policy or using this company ever again. Shocking service and completely ludicrous policies of putting depreciation value on replacement parts. First Class Insurance is completely useless unless the company covers the claim.
