I must take responsibility because I don't speak Thai, but there were many communication issues and nobody understood what was wrong with the car. I used a translation app and persisted. The surveyor said it was fine. It wasn't. The garage told me to go to QuickFix. But the damage was behind their ability. The car needed repairs and because I was persistent, the garage finally agreed to fix the car. This took about 3-4 weeks. The staff at the garage were friendly and professional.
Over all claim experience was okay, expect there were some misunderstanding, mis communication customers service through phone. Work shop service was great, attitude, punctuality of service were impressive. However painting over damaged area was not good, but acceptable.
