I’m not fully satisfied with the recent repair. The bumper above the wheel was fixed with screws instead of glue, and one screw is still loose. The staff removed the bumper for re-gluing but didn’t provide an exact date for reinstallation. Also, the right-side mirror repaired earlier no longer opens properly, though it worked fine before. I hope the garage can review and fix these issues properly.

I had my car repaired at this garage through my 3+ insurance, and I’m very disappointed with the results. The rear bumper was reattached using screws instead of proper adhesive, which clearly shows poor workmanship. After the repair, my right-hand mirror also stopped working — it was perfectly fine before. It also felt like the staff didn’t take my case seriously, possibly because my car is older or because the job was done under insurance. That kind of attitude is unprofessional and disrespectful. Regardless of insurance type or vehicle age, every customer deserves quality repair and fair treatment. I hope the management addresses these issues and improves their repair standards and customer service.
