I needed to wait nearly 2 weeks until they approved the claim.
There was a difference of opinion about the liability, so I have to pay 3000 baht. i was hit at the back of the car by a motorbike because it was going through traffic too fast. Even if I deviate from the line, it's always the bike's fault. that's my opinion. everything else worked out fine.
I am just SO impressed with the speed and efficiency with which everything was done and just sorry I gave everyone so much work!!!!
เป็นบริษัท ที่ไม่สนใจ และใส่ใจลูกค้าเลยแม้แต่นิเดียว ชุ่ยมากๆ ในการให้บริการไม่ดูแลลูกค้าไม่ประสานงานให้ไม่ให้คำปรึกษาบริการหน้างานช้าไม่เคยให้รายละเอียด เหลือออกตัวปกป้องลูกค้าเลยแม้ว่าลูกค้า จะเป็นฝ่ายถูกก็ตาม แย่มากๆ ไม่ขอต่อประกันอีกต่อไป
The quality of the paint work at Toyota was a disgusting I have returned car they want another 3 days to fix hopefully it will be ok when I pick up on Thursday. I did speak to Alex and told him to withhold payment until I am satisfied
