Everything was fine from reporting the accident down to the surveyor. But it took us almost an hour to wait for him.The approval took several weeks before approved after Toyota Pearl sent the quotation 2-3 weeks after claiming.Hence, it's still fine and would still recommend Roojai to my friends.

im not happy with the time line..... 3 week from accident to it can be fixed from toyota.... they was waiting for you to confirm... that bad for me.... no car for 3 weeks, if it take so long time next time i will change my insurance Company
