Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor and perform IT troubleshooting for end users.
Job Duties
- Participate actively in continuous improvement
- Support the front and back office teams.
- Define process to reduce the administration (automation)
- Monitor, maintain and support desktops and technology infrastructure to ensure business operations and appropriate security.
- Monitor system logs, availability, performance and security to ensure systems are up, running and secured. identify issues so that correct actions can be initiated
- Coordinates efforts with management and IT team to improve the deployment process of computers.
- Troubleshoot computer system or security issues and coordinating these initiatives among the team.
- Perform preventive maintenance and initiate related partner’s actions as required.
- Manage and inventory the computer Park,
- Plan and deploy Patch (at least M-1)
- Plan and deploy Antivirus (at least M-1)
- Participate to produce the weather of the infrastructure.
- Must follow on ISMS compliance
Requirements
- The position requires constant communication with colleagues in English and Thai language. Candidate must be fluent in Thai and it’ll be a plus if fluent in English.
- New graduate of IT computer implementation, support, monitoring and operation experience.
- Proven hands on knowledge workstations monitoring, support and operation.
- Hands on production and operation experience in workstations world: Windows 10 or later, linux, Active Directory, GPO management and deployment, Bitlocker management.
- Good capability to work and integrate in Teamwork. Good Verbal and written Communication
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, Antivirus, Microsoft windows Terminal server and Thin client
- Demonstrate rigor and vigilance in the drafting of documentation.
