Partner Relationship Executive


Assist his/her Line Manager in developing long-term and performance driven relationships with Agents (B2B2C). Assist his/her Line Manager in growing, activating, co-ordinating and maintaining the team’s agent network. In this role, you will constantly interact and build on new and existing agent relationships to improve the entire partner experience. You will also be required to contribute and provide feedback from your team’s portfolio of agents.

Job Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Assist in developing the Agent channel from both a network and business growth (GWP) perspective
  • Identify areas of improvement to meet targets
  • Track key metrics (e.g. weekly and monthly recruitment and sales results)
  • Coordinate with support team in the provision of support inquiries and business needs
  • Address concerns and queries diplomatically and promptly to maintain Partner Satisfaction
  • Participate in Distribution meetings to discuss issues and updates (Capture of VOP)
  • Work closely with Training Specialist (Distribution)/Partner Relations Lead to provide best-in-class knowledge and support on-the-job training for Partners as needed.
  • Coordinate to prepare reports & invoice reconciliations on account statuses
  • Attend regular Training to ensure understanding on products and processes
  • Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities
  • To support & implement any ad-hoc business projects as instructed by Line Manager


  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a highly customer sales and service driven environment
  • Thai Nationality with fair command of spoken and written English
  • Prior experience in Motor, Health and Accident Insurance with Non-life broker license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, cross-functional environment
  • Performance Focused, Team Player, Creative, Efficient
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management administration tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation while maintaining a service mind
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
