Job Duties
- Planning and managing the recruitment process with the team to try to get the right people for the organization
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Orientation for new employee
- Design, Implement, Improvement on Learning/Training need, plan, roadmap and make sure the training is along to the plan
- Continually develop, maintain HR policy and procedures, and ensure employees comply with the regulations
- Involve with the annual evaluation process (Bonus and Increment)
- Monitor and improve employee engagement through Employee Surveys or any other channels
- Ensure our communications engage our diverse workforce, celebrate success, and recognize and thank our colleagues
- Generate a variety of reports as requested (training, turnover, surveys, recruitment or other related) and utilize data for process improvements
- Drive other special projects where needed
- Maintain and updated organization chart
- Co-ordinate on employee benefit & employee activities matters
- Others assigns on the HR related
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any relate filed
- Experience at least 5 years in HR role
- Good command in English for both written and verbal communication
- Have thorough knowledge in labour law
- Leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- A positive influencer to all employee
- Good computer skills for Microsoft Office
- Good administrative and organize
- Flexibility, Active & can work under pressure and tight timeline
