Senior Partner Relations Executive

Responsibilities

Create long-term and performance driven relationships with Agents (B2B2C). Grow, activate and maintain his/her own agents/individual broker network. Identify new agent channel opportunities throughout Bangkok and Greater Bangkok. In this role, you are expected to take ownership of your own agent network and be heald accountable for its performance.

Job Duties

  • Independently recruit potential partners from different sources (e.g. Roojai Partner Online Registration, Retail Agent Scout Visits, Individual Broker Entities, Own Contacts)
  • Develop the Agent channel from both a network and business growth (GWP) perspective
  • Develop and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targets
  • Track key metrics (e.g. weekly and monthly recruitment and sales results)
  • Coordinate with support team in the provision of support inquiries and business needs
  • Address concerns and queries diplomatically and promptly to maintain Partner Satisfaction
  • Participate in Distribution meetings to discuss issues and updates (Capture of VOP)
  • Work closely with Training Specialist (Distribution)/Partner Relations Lead to provide best-in-class knowledge and support on-the-job training for Partners as needed.
  • Prepare reports & invoice reconciliations on account status
  • Attend regular Training to ensure understanding on products and processes
  • Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities
  • To support & implement any ad-hoc business projects as instructed by Line Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a partner and business development environment
  • Thai Nationality with good command of spoken and written English
  • Prior experience in Motor, Health and Accident Insurance with Non-life broker license will be advantageous
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creativity and strategy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, cross-functional environment
  • Performance Focused, Team Player, Creative, Efficient
  • Proven work experience as Partner Relations or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Experience delivering partner-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation while maintaining a service mind
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
