Training Specialist (Distribution)

Responsibilities

Primary role to deliver quality training for Partners & Brokers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Support and IT departments) to align the entire Partners/Brokers channel to be in compliance with company standards and requirements.

Job Duties

  • Develop training programs and deliver training initiatives to meet our business needs in the areas of Partner Behavioural Management, Partner Systems Knowledge and Partner Product Knowledge.
  • Regularly review training material to ensure it remains current and aligned with company.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (including Partner Relation Lead, Broker Lead) to keep abreast of all current policies and procedures, and ensure any changes in current practices are incorporated into current training material
  • Listen in to calls to understand the Partner Experience and identify gaps during training period
  • Prepare, distribute, and facilitate individual assessments to participants for training sessions and collect feedback to compile results
  • To perform an audit check partner monthly to ensure the information given is accurate and compliance
  • Actively participate in process improvement, providing constructive feedback, identify gaps and arrange the relevant training
  • Forecast training roadmap for work year and maintain training schedule for partners
  • Conduct general training administration including attendance records
  • Supports in-house training courses and on-the-job training for team members as needed
  • To support & implement any ad-hoc business projects as instructed by Line Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by Immediate Manager
  • Onsite Training Support from time to time at partners premises
  • To support/back up inbound call for Distribution CC to understand the Partner Experience and identify the training gaps
  • Monitor and maintain Partner License Expiry to ensure all partners are in compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a highly customer sales and service driven environment
  • Thai Nationality is preferable with excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Prior experiences in Auto Insurance with Non-life broker license will be advantageous
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, cross-functional team, Customer Focus, Team Player, Creativity, Time Management
  • Proven work experience as Tech Trainer, Partner Relations or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to business needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and service minded
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or relevant field
