The online phone call is really great experience. The ground agent is really helpful to come onsite dealing the issues, only thing is the language because I have to use the translator.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Roojai throughout the claims process from the very helpful operator and claims assessor at the scene of the accident through to follow up communications and the standard of the repair itself. It was also very helpful to be handled by an English-speaking representative throughout.
