Everything is very good! It would be awesome if Roojai could send me an email or message when the garage receives the replacement item, so I can bring my car in as soon as possible. Right now, I need to go to the garage myself to check whether the replacement item has arrived.

เท่าที่คุยกับเจ้าหน้าที่ เหมือนทางรู้ใจใช้ outsource ที่วิ่งงานรวมๆกับเจ้าอื่นทำให้เค้าวิ่งหลายงาน หากมีทีมงานที่ดูแลโดยตรงน่าจะทำให้สะดวกขึ้นค่ะ
